2024 Central Alabama Pride Parade
Alabama Waldorf School will be "Blooming with Pride" at the Central Alabama Pride Parade on June 8th! We invite our students, alumni, families, neighbors, and friends to join us as we walk to honor and show pride in diversity and inclusivity.

About the event
Alabama Waldorf School will be "Blooming with Pride" at the Central Alabama Pride Parade on June 8th! We invite our students, parents, faculty, and staff to join us as we walk with our LGBTQ+ friends and celebrate our community's diversity and blooming inclusivity.
Meeting Point:
Participants should gather at 7 PM at the intersection of 31st Street & 2nd Avenue S., where our float will be. Look for the rainbow arch and Alabama Waldorf School banner!
What to Bring:
- Wear bold florals and vibrant colors to show you're "Blooming with Pride"
- Comfortable walking shoes and water bottles to stay hydrated.
- Bug spray for dusk and after dark.
- Homemade signs and banners that show your PRIDE!
Walk or Ride With Us!
- Younger students may ride on the float!
- All children will need to be supervised by the adult they arrived with.
